On April 9, we will host Joannie Rocchi of The Growing Place, speaking to us on Cooking with Fresh Herbs. As a compliment to Mel Zaloudek's January presentation on medicinal herbs, Joannie will present us with everyday culinary uses for our favorite leafy friends. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Downers Grove Public Library, 1050 Curtiss Street.Preceding the meeting, the DGOG board will meet at 6:30 p.m. All members are invited to attend the board meeting.
