Pumpkin Dip Recipe

This fall, everyone seems to have gone pumpkin crazy. The world is finally clued in to what many of us have known for years -- pumpkin is versatile and nutritious. Add some spices and it also becomes delicious. Your blog editor adds canned pumpkin to chili in place of beans. Here's a quick and easy dip to impress your autumn guests (or enjoy yourself):


Pumpkin Dip
Serve with apples or pretzels. Great fall appetizer. Very easy.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 8oz cool whip
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • Soft cream cheese 8oz
  • Pumpkin 1/2 c, canned
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add pumpkin and spice. Add cool whip last.
