Join the Downers Grove Organic
Gardeners and celebrate the end of the growing season at our Harvest
Fest at 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 19. Bring samples of food
featuring garden-grown vegetables as well as any questions or stories
from your summer in the garden. The night will also feature a tomato
taste off and unusual vegetable show, so bring your best tomatoes,
your ugliest zucchini, or your hottest pepper. Our special guests
will be from Westmont High School, who will talk about their
gardening program.
