What Have We Been Up To?
In the last few months, we've been busy! We learned to grow sprouts, participated in a garden show, and had a very successful plant sale! Here are some photos. And watch for information about our June meeting.
We staffed a table at the Darien Garden Club Spring Gardening Show in April. |
Judy Cox showed how to start growing a variety of sprouts

vegetable, flower & herb seeds to grow for their own harvest. By
leaving a few crop plants to go to seed, members collect their own seed for
future use and return seed to replenish the library for future gardeners. You
become a member by attending a seed library orientation.
