November Meeting

Our next meeting is Wednesday, November 13 at 7 pm at the Downers Grove Public Library. Please join us as Kate Loman, Registered Dietician and Nutritionist, presents the role of a healthy diet in our overall health. She will discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet.
